Virtually Advising officially incorporated as a Type C not-for-profit organization in the state of New York on Dec. 30, 2002. We have now begun the often-arduous process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, which we hope to successfully complete sometime before we all have turned 80.

Virtually Advising's bylaws and mission statement are available publicly and would love to be viewed anytime. Our initial Board of Directors consists of Myles Helfand (Chair and Treasurer), Mary Anne Feeney (Vice Chair and Secretary) and Anahid Kassabian.
